The BG248 2 x 48 inch multi position belt grinder is a direct drive heavy duty belt grinder that travels 7200 SFPM to remove your material quick and will keep it cool to the touch when working with your material.
This custom heavy duty 2 inch belt grinding tool was developed to meet a customer’s specific grinding needs and now is a part of our standard equipment.
The Kalamazoo Industries model BG248 multi position belt grinder features a 8” x 2” serrated 70 duro contact wheel, 1/2HP 1PH 110V motor, on/off toggle switch, steel removable work table and a 2-3/4” x 8-3/4” steel platen.
To adjust the position of this tool head all that you need to do is loosen up a couple of socket head caps screws slightly (don’t completely remove), re-position the grinder head to desired position then lock socket head cap screws then your ready to get back to work.
