KS490 4 x 90 inch belt grinder unit is a heavy duty, direct drive unit that comes standard with an 8″ x 4″ 70 duro serrated contact wheel that has full left to right movement that allows for easy corner shaping, beveling, grinding, deburring, flat work, descaling, angel work and roughing. The high surface speed of 6900 SFPM delivers quick metal removal with minimal heat.
This industrial grinder features a 24.5″ reversible steel platen, easy one-knob tracking, 5″ x 4″ adjustable work table, 2HP 1PH 110/220 or 3Hp 3PH 220/440V (specify phase and voltage at time of order)
This belt grinding equipment is available as a vacuum unit and available with a 5HP 3PH motor.
