  1. Give the sander a good overall cleaning weekly so your new machine operates properly for many years to come.
  2. The most obvious “Make sure you use the sander appropriately”.
  3. Have the right sanding belt for the job. If you don’t have the right belt the outcome may not be what you wanted.  Below is a short of different types of belts:
    1. Aluminum Oxide: great for most material applications.

    3. Zirconia: designed for course to medium grit applications on metal.
