KS490HV-5 4 x 90 inch Kalamazoo belt grinder & vacuum base direct drive belt grinding unit that comes standard with an 8” x 4” 70 duro serrated contact wheel that allows for full left to right movement while grinding. This allows for easy corner shaping, beveling, grinding, deburring, flat work, descaling, angel work and roughing.
The high surface speed of 7200 SFPM delivers quick metal removal with minimal heat buildup.
The KS490HV-5 4 x 90 inch Kalamazoo belt grinder & vacuum base features a 24” reversible platen, easy tracking, adjustable 5” x 4” work table, vacuum base with replaceable filter element, 5HP 3PH 220/440V (specify voltage at time of order).
