Kalamazoo Industries model K12-14W semi-enclosed wet chop saw is designed for metallurgical laboratories and other manufacturing facilities that need to keep their metal samples cool, such as coupons, to inspect their internal properties.
The model K12-14W semi-enclosed saw features a three sided shroud, dual cam lock vises, 5HP, 1725 rpm motor, and a 1-inch wheel arbor that accepts a 12-in or 14-in wheel. Options available for the K12-14W: semi-automatic air/oil power down feed and an adjustable 0-12 FPM feed rate, with momentary override for rapid approach, t-slot table, oscillation and air operated air vises.
To ensure the highest possible quality cutting, the wheel is not included because it must be specially ordered for the type of metal being cut. The saw has a capacity up to 2-1/2-inch solids and 3-inch shapes.
