With the right abrasive belt this unit can sand ferrous and non-ferrous metals (some metals will cause the belt to load up so make sure you talk with your belt supplier to help you find the correct belt for your material).

Two grinding locations: contact wheel and platen grinding.  The sanding head is adjustable which allows it to adjust easily to the operators height.

This grinder comes standard with a 70 duro standard serration contact wheel.  This basically means it’s not to hard or two soft but some where around the middle.  The durometer of the contact wheel can be changed to a harder wheel or a softer wheel just let us know what you would like.
